Who are the stakeholders of a large and special project application?

–The application is given for review to several parties: Chairman, Chief Town Architect (CTA), CTA Committee, Director Development Control (DCC) ETC. In time, a Large & Specialized Project Clearance permit may be issued or the application rejected.

–A project which aims to construct a tall building, exceeding more than 8 floors, becomes large and specialized.

–Land owner (applicant) applies for Land use clearance permit. RAJUK reviews the Land Use Clearance permit application by multiple reviewers (DTP, ATP, Surveyor, Draftsman etc.) and issue permit letter.
